Leroy Howard (Leroy Howard, Jr.) was born on June 16, 1949 in Port Arthur, Texas. After going to high school at Lincioln (Port Arthur, TX), Howard attended Bishop College. Howard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
