Leon Neal (Leon Neal) was born on September 11, 1972 in St. Paul, Minnesota. After going to high school at Paramount (CA), Neal attended the University of Washington. Neal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 1 year career.
