Leon Burton (Walter Leon Burton) was born on March 13, 1935 in Flint, Michigan. After going to high school at Northern (Flint, MI), Burton attended Arizona State University. Burton made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the New York Titans. He played for the New York Titans for his entire 1 year career.
