Leo Nobile

Leo Nobile (Leo A. Nobile) was born on September 22, 1922 in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Ambridge (PA), Nobile attended Pennsylvania State University. Nobile made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1949 was Leo Nobile's best year.
