Leo Goeas (Leo Douglas Goeas) was born on August 15, 1966 in Honolulu, Hawaii. After going to high school at Kamehameha (Honolulu, HI), Goeas attended the University of Hawaii. Goeas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers, St. Louis Rams, Los Angeles Rams and Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 8 year career.
