Leo Douglass (Leo Frederick Douglass) was born on February 13, 1901 in Wakefield, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Wakefield (MA), Douglass attended Lehigh University and The University of Vermont. Douglass made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Frankford Yellow Jackets. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets for his entire 1 year career.
