Len Rice (Leonard Oliver Rice) was born on September 2, 1918 in Lead, South Dakota. He made his Major League debut on April 26, 1944 for the Cincinnati Reds. Rice played for the Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 2 year career.
