Lee injured

Brett Lee has injured his ankle during training in wellington and is unlikely to take any part int he Chappell-Hadlee trophy. It has also put him in doubt for the World cup next month.

This is very bad news for Australia as Lee is in excellent form and is expected to lead the bbowling attack during the world cup.

It could however open the door for Stuart Clark

He's used this site two days and he's already learned the key to success - make title give away as little as possible, and make it link to a host of US sports. What other Lee is there??  ;-) But yeah Alex, this news is not good at all. Taking over 2 injured superstars to the windies isnt my idea of a good time. Think ill be looking at the odds for india and putting some cash on them

Could be worse - the entire Pakistani pace attack seems to be injured/banned. Akhtar injured, Asif in drug trouble...
