Lee Roy Caffey (Lee Roy Caffey) was born on June 3, 1941 in Thorndale, Texas. After going to high school at Thorndale (TX), Caffey attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Caffey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Green Bay Packers, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1966 was Lee Roy Caffey's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
