Lee Gamble (Lee Jesse Gamble) was born on June 28, 1910 in Renovo, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 15, 1935 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1939, his rookie year, he hit .267 with 0 home runs and 14 RBI. Gamble played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 4 year career.
