Lee Bales (Wesley Owen Bales) was born on December 4, 1944 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on August 7, 1966 for the Atlanta Braves. Bales played for the Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros over the course of his 2 year career.
