LeGrant Scott (LeGrant Edward Scott) was born on July 25, 1910 in Cleveland, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1939 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1939, his rookie year, he hit .280 with 1 home run and 26 RBI. Scott played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 1 year career.
