Lavale Thomas (Lavale Alvin Thomas) was born on December 12, 1963 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Western (Tulare, CA), Thomas attended California State University, Fresno. Thomas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Lavale Thomas's best year.
