Larry Whisenton (Larry Whisenton) was born on July 3, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on September 17, 1977 for the Atlanta Braves. In 1982, his rookie year, he hit .238 with 4 home runs and 17 RBI. Whisenton played for the Atlanta Braves for his entire 4 year career.
