Larry Murray (Larry Murray) was born on April 1, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on September 7, 1974 for the New York Yankees. In 1977, his rookie year, he hit .179 with 1 home run and 9 RBI. Murray played for the New York Yankees and Oakland Athletics over the course of his 6 year career.
