Larry Mcginnis (James Lawrence McGinnis) was born on July 16, 1899 in Topeka, Kansas. After going to high school at Catholic (Topeka, KS), Mcginnis attended Marquette University and Washburn University. Mcginnis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Milwaukee Badgers. He played for the Milwaukee Badgers for his entire 2 year career.
