Larry Knorr (Lawrence Frank Knorr) was born on April 22, 1917 in New York, New York. Knorr attended the University of Alabama and the University of Dayton. Knorr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
