Larry Ely

Larry Ely (Lawrence Orlo Ely, Jr.) was born on December 19, 1947 in Iowa City, Iowa. After going to high school at Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA), Ely attended the University of Iowa. Ely made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Chicago Bears over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1975 was Larry Ely's best year.
