Larry Dellinger (Lawrence E. Dellinger) was born on April 1, 1893 in Osborn, Ohio. After going to high school at Osborn (OH) and University of Dayton Prep (Dayton, OH), Dellinger attended none. Dellinger made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Dayton Triangles. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time. Dellinger also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Dayton Triangles the entire time.
