Larry Craig (Larry Gantt Craig) was born on June 27, 1916 in Six Mile, South Carolina. Craig attended the University of South Carolina. Craig made his professional debut in the NFL in 1939 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1940 was Larry Craig's best year.
