Lance Poimboeuf (Lance Joseph Poimboeuf) was born on November 10, 1940. After going to high school at Franklin (LA), Poimboeuf attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Poimboeuf made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
