Lamar Mills (Franciscus L. Mills) was born on January 26, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at St. Martin DePorres (Detroit, MI), Mills attended Indiana University. Mills made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
