Lamar Lyons (Lamar Lyons) was born on March 25, 1973 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at St. Monica Catholic (Santa Monica, CA) and University (Los Angeles, CA), Lyons attended the University of Washington. Lyons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Baltimore Ravens and Oakland Raiders over the course of his 2 year career.
