LaRue Kirby (LaRue Kirby) was born on December 30, 1889 in Eureka, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on August 7, 1912 for the New York Giants. In 1914, his rookie year, he hit .246 with 2 home runs and 18 RBI. Kirby played for the New York Giants and St. Louis Terriers over the course of his 3 year career.
