Kyle Kramer (Kyle Mevoy Kramer) was born on January 12, 1967 in Kansas City, Missouri. After going to high school at Fairmont (Kettering, OH), Kramer attended Bowling Green State University. Kramer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
