Fed up New York Knicks fan has put himself up for sale on E-bay. The starting bid is $3.25.
According the fan putting him up for sale: "Being a Knicks fan has gone from being an enjoyable experience and begun to feel more like an abusive relationship. After over a year of deep soul searching and inner realization, I was watching a current episode of Dr. Phil (yeah, I was watching Dr. Phil) about abusive relationships. I feel I must remove myself from this unhealthy relationship and start new... with a new team that would welcome me as a fan. Thank you Dr. Phil for your incredible insight."
He continues: "I would prefer to be picked up by any other NBA or professional basketball franchise worldwide... other sports and affiliations are negotiable. Please save me from from this current situation. No similar managements to the NY Knicks need apply."
The fan will is offering the following services:
- Learning the history of the team
- Staying up to date with team and player news & stats
- Attending and/or watching as many games as possible
- Game Time Antics... Including, but not limited to: face painting, chest beating, drinking beer in honor of team, arguing with fans of other teams about reasons their team sucks, yelling really loud, fist pumping, etc...
- hanging out with other fans of my favorite team
- Road Trips
- and various other fan-type duties
