Kit Lathrop (Kit Douglas Lathrop) was born on August 10, 1956 in San Jose, California. After going to high school at Leigh (San Jose, CA), Lathrop attended Arizona State University and West Valley College. Lathrop made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Washington Redskins and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 4 year career.
