Kirk Phillips (Kirk Douglas Phillips) was born on July 31, 1960 in Poteau, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Spiro (OK), Phillips attended the University of Tulsa. Phillips made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
