Kip Young

Born on October 29, 1954 in Georgetown, Ohio, Kip Young (Kip Lane Young) played for the Detroit Tigers for his entire 2 year career. Young broke into the bigs on July 21, 1978 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 2.81 ERA in 105.2 innings pitched in 1978, his rookie year.
