King Simmons (King David Simmons) was born on February 12, 1963 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at Killeen (TX), Simmons attended Texas Technical University. Simmons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
