Kim Herring (Kimani Masai Herring) was born on September 10, 1975 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Solon (OH), Herring attended Pennsylvania State University. Herring made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Baltimore Ravens. He played for the Baltimore Ravens, St. Louis Rams and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Kim Herring's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
