Born on June 8, 1965 in Eatontown, New Jersey, Kevin Ritz (Kevin D Ritz) played for the Detroit Tigers and Colorado Rockies over the course of his 9 year career. Ritz broke into the bigs on July 15, 1989 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 4.38 ERA in 74 innings pitched in 1989, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Kevin Ritz's best season was 1995, when he posted a 4.21 ERA, won 11 games and struck out 120 batters.
