Kevin Orie (Kevin Leonard Orie) was born on September 1, 1972 in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 1, 1997 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1997, his rookie year, he hit .275 with 8 home runs and 44 RBI. Orie played for the Chicago Cubs and Florida Marlins over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that Kevin Orie's best season was 1997, when he hit for a .275 average.
