Kevin Millar (Kevin Charles Millar) was born on September 24, 1971 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1998 for the Florida Marlins. In 1999, his rookie year, he hit .285 with 9 home runs and 67 RBI. Millar played for the Florida Marlins, Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Kevin Millar's best season was 2003, when he slugged 25 home runs, hit for a .276 average and knocked in 96 runs.

Millar was a key member of the 2004 World Series Champions Boston Red Sox. It was Millar who was known as the club house clown, that coined the term "Cowboy Up".
