Kevin Kobel

Born on October 2, 1953 in Buffalo, New York, Kevin Kobel (Kevin Richard Kobel) played for the Milwaukee Brewers and New York Mets over the course of his 6 year career. Kobel broke into the bigs on September 8, 1973 with the Milwaukee Brewers, and put up a 3.99 ERA in 169.1 innings pitched in 1974, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Kevin Kobel's best season was 1979, when he posted a 3.51 ERA and struck out 67 batters.
