Kevin Higgins (Kevin Wayne Higgins) was born on January 22, 1967 in San Gabriel, California. He made his Major League debut on May 29, 1993 for the San Diego Padres. In 1993, his rookie year, he hit .221 with 0 home runs and 13 RBI. Higgins played for the San Diego Padres for his entire 1 year career.
