Kevin Fagan (Kevin Scott Fagan) was born on April 25, 1963 in Lake Worth, Florida. After going to high school at John I. Leonard (Lake Worth, FL), Fagan attended the University of Miami. Fagan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Kevin Fagan's best year, as he recorded 9.5 sacks.
