Kevin Devine (Kevin L. Devine) was born on December 11, 1974 in Jackson, Mississippi. After going to high school at Nogales (West Covina, CA), Devine attended Univeristy of California. Devine made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1998 was Kevin Devine's best year.
