Kevin Collins (Kevin Michael Collins) was born on August 4, 1946 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He made his Major League debut on September 1, 1965 for the New York Mets. In 1968, his rookie year, he hit .201 with 1 home run and 13 RBI. Collins played for the New York Mets, Montreal Expos and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 6 year career.
