Acquired:

Invited to Tampa Bay Buccaneers mini-camp on May 1, 2006…Signed to Stampeder practice roster on September 13, 2006…Signed with the Calgary Stampeders on October 14, 2006.

2006 – (CFL – Calgary Stampeders)

Joined the Stampeders in mid season and was signed to the practice roster…Dressed for one regular season game, which was his first CFL game, on October 15 vs B.C….Did not record any stats.

College:

Williams was named to the Atlantic 10 First Team, New England Football Writers All-Star Team, New England Football Writers Division 1-AA All-Star Team, Don Hansen Gazette Northeast All-Region Third Team, Two-year starting defensive end, an A-10 all-conference candidate after being an A-10 Third Team selection…He recorded 33.0 tackles for loss in his career and 12 sacks.

2005 – (Massachusetts)

Williams was fourth on team in tackles with 56 including 10.5 tackles for loss of 57 yards, also has 4.0 sacks for 31 yards…Had at least one TFL in 10 of 11 games…Emerged as a major threat on defense and was named to the A-10 Third Team at defensive end...One of the better pass rushers in the Atlantic 10 from the left side.

2004 – (Massachusetts)

Third-Team All-Atlantic 10 selection...Starting defensive end who had 39 tackles, 29 solo, for the season...Led team and ranked seventh in the Atlantic 10 in tackles for loss of yards with 15.5 for 70 yards...Nearly half of tackles have been for loss of yards...Also has team-high six sacks for 40 yards...Tied for team-lead in pass break-ups with four, batting balls at the line.

2003 – (Massachusetts)

One of UMass' top backups along the defensive line...Saw action in all 13 games on the season...Totaled 31 tackles, including 23 solo stops, four tackles for loss and two sacks... Also posted 14 quarterback hurries and a pass breakup.

2002 – (Massachusetts)

The backup nose guard for the Minutemen...Played in 10 games on the season...Missed the AIC and Maine games due to injury...Totaled 13 tackles on the season, with 10 solo stops, three tackles for loss, one sack and three quarterback hurries.

Personal:

Played for coach Tim Tharp at Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) High School ... Led the team with 100 tackles during his senior season, while also totaling 14 sacks and 21 tackles for loss ... Earned first team All-State honors following his senior season, when he also served as team captain and was selected team MVP ... Also named All-Conference, All-District, All-Area and All-Palm Beach County ... Started in the Outback All-Star Game ... Has two brothers, Timothy and Zach.
