Kenny Neil (Kenny Neil) was born on January 8, 1959 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Aiken (Cincinnati, OH), Neil attended Iowa State University. Neil made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets and Houston Oilers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Kenny Neil's best year, as he recorded 5.5 sacks.
