Kenny Holmes (Kenneth Holmes) was born on October 24, 1973 in Vero Beach, Florida. After going to high school at Vero Beach (FL), Holmes attended the University of Miami. Holmes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Tennessee Oilers. He played for the New York Giants, Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Oilers over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 2002 was Kenny Holmes's best year, as he recorded 8 sacks and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
