Ken Wendt (Kenneth Robert Wendt) was born on January 29, 1910 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at DePaul Academy (Chicago, IL), Wendt attended Marquette University. Wendt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1932 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
