Ken Snelling (Kenneth Edward Snelling) was born on December 11, 1918 in Musselshell, Montana. After going to high school at Bell (Los Angeles, CA), Snelling attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Snelling made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Green Bay Packers.
