Ken Silvestri (Kenneth Joseph Silvestri) was born on May 3, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1939 for the Chicago White Sox. Silvestri played for the Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 8 year career.
