Ken Mitchell (Kenneth Wayne Mitchell) was born on November 14, 1948 in Denio, Nevada. After going to high school at Lutheran (Englewood, CA), Mitchell attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Mitchell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1973 was Ken Mitchell's best year.
