Ken McBride

Born on August 12, 1935 in Huntsville, Alabama, Ken McBride (Kenneth Faye McBride) played for the Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Angels and California Angels over the course of his 7 year career. McBride broke into the bigs on August 4, 1959 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 3.65 ERA in 241.2 innings pitched in 1961, his rookie year.
There is some disagreement on what was Ken McBride's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1963, when he posted a 3.26 ERA, won 13 games and struck out 147 batters. However, others believe that it was 1961, when he posted a 3.65 ERA, won 12 games and struck out 180 batters.
