Born on December 14, 1965 in Lynn, Massachusetts, Ken Hill (Kenneth Wade Hill) played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Montreal Expos, Cleveland Indians, Texas Rangers, Anaheim Angels, Chicago White Sox and Tampa Bay Devil Rays over the course of his 14 year career. Hill broke into the bigs on September 3, 1988 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 3.80 ERA in 196.2 innings pitched in 1989, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Ken Hill's best season was 1992, when he posted a 2.68 ERA, won 16 games and struck out 150 batters.
