Ken Frost (Kenneth Frost) was born on November 17, 1938 in Brentwood, Tennessee. After going to high school at Franklin (TN), Frost attended the University of Tennessee. Frost made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1961 was Ken Frost's best year.
