Ken Burrough (Kenneth Othell Burrough) was born on July 14, 1948 in Jacksonville, Florida. After going to high school at William M. Raines (Jacksonville, FL), Burrough attended Texas Southern University. Burrough made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the Houston Oilers and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1975 was Ken Burrough's best year, as he hauled in 53 receptions, had 1063 receiving yards and caught 8 TD passes.
